When and how much will I pay for Portharbor services?

Portharbor offers two plans: - FREE – always free but comes with limitations, such as the ability to create only one user account and connect just one device for remote management. - PREMIUM – free for a 30-day trial period, then charged on a monthly basis ($15.00/month) or annually ($12.50/month, billed annually). During the trial period, you can cancel at any time without incurring any charges.

Can I get an invoice?

Yes, invoices are issued for every purchase via Stripe. If you own a business, your company details will be included on the invoice. Portharbor issues EU VAT invoices, meaning you can receive a 0% VAT rate if your business is located outside of Portharbor's country of registration, Poland.

Can I cancel my subscription during the plan period?

Yes, you can. However, please note that the service will remain active until the end of the current billing period. This means until the end of the month for the PREMIUM Monthly plan or until the end of the year for the PREMIUM Yearly plan (counting from the subscription start date).

Can I switch back to the FREE plan after purchasing PREMIUM?

No. Our service does not allow downgrading an account from PREMIUM to FREE. This means that if you stop paying for the PREMIUM plan, you will lose access to remote control of your network devices.

When will I need to pay for the PREMIUM plan?

You will be charged for the PREMIUM plan exactly 30 days after activating it. This is a trial period, which you can cancel at any time to avoid the annual or monthly fee, depending on the chosen plan. However, remember that downgrading to the FREE version is not possible on the same account.
