Yes, invoices are issued for every purchase via Stripe. If you own a business, your company details will be included on the invoice. Portharbor issues EU VAT invoices, meaning you can receive a 0% VAT rate if your business is located outside of Portharbor's country of registration, Poland.
Yes, you can. However, please note that the service will remain active until the end of the current billing period. This means until the end of the month for the PREMIUM Monthly plan or until the end of the year for the PREMIUM Yearly plan (counting from the subscription start date).
No. Our service does not allow downgrading an account from PREMIUM to FREE. This means that if you stop paying for the PREMIUM plan, you will lose access to remote control of your network devices.
You will be charged for the PREMIUM plan exactly 30 days after activating it. This is a trial period, which you can cancel at any time to avoid the annual or monthly fee, depending on the chosen plan. However, remember that downgrading to the FREE version is not possible on the same account.
